COMPLETE PLANTS

Bioethanol & Technical Alcohol

Integrated plants for molasses, wheat, corn and approved carbohydrate feedstocks.

Bioethanol & Technical Alcohol

PROCESS & OPERATING PHILOSOPHY

Feed preparation, fermentation, distillation, rectification and molecular-sieve dehydration. The operating sequence, recycle paths, start-up/shutdown cases and normal/turndown behavior are defined before equipment finalization.

MAIN EQUIPMENT & PACKAGE LIMITS

Fermenters, columns, reboilers, condensers, molecular sieves, CIP and storage. Materials, design margins, maintainability, isolation, access, lifting and spare philosophy are coordinated with the approved operating cases.

CRITICAL DESIGN INPUTS

Approved feed analysis, capacity, product targets, operating envelope, site data, utilities, logistics constraints and client battery limits.

ENGINEERING DELIVERABLES

Yield model, utility balance, hygienic/process design, automation, laboratory and performance-test documents. The package also includes line/equipment lists, relief and utility summaries, layouts or 3D interfaces, vendor-document requirements, inspection plans and commissioning inputs as applicable.

AUTOMATION, SAFETY & HSE

Process safeguarding, alarms/interlocks, relief and flare interfaces, fire and gas requirements, hazardous-area design, HAZOP/SIL actions and emergency shutdown philosophy.

APPLICATIONS & PERFORMANCE BASIS

Fuel ethanol, anhydrous ethanol and technical alcohol production. Capacity, product quality, consumption and emissions commitments are confirmed only after the representative feed and project Design Basis are approved.

CODES, STANDARDS & QUALITY BASIS

ASME, API where applicable, IEC, NFPA and food/fuel-grade project requirements. The contractual code basis is selected by destination and client specification. ASME/API/TEMA, EN/DIN and GOST/EAC requirements are not mixed without an approved code-equivalency and authority review.

CONTRACTUAL CODE BASIS

ASME, API where applicable, IEC, NFPA and food/fuel-grade project requirements.
