ENGINEERING TEAM & DIGITAL TOOLCHAIN

Electrical-System Studies

Defines and verifies the plant power system from utility interface through MV/LV distribution, motors, UPS and grounding.

Electrical-System Studies

ENGINEERING METHOD

Load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, motor starting, harmonics, arc-flash and grounding studies are performed as required by project voltage and risk.

TYPICAL SOFTWARE / TOOL CLASS

Typical platforms include ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory-class tools or client-approved equivalent electrical-analysis software.

CRITICAL INPUTS

Load list, utility fault level, transformer/generator data, motor starting cases, cable data, protection devices and operating scenarios.

ENGINEERING DELIVERABLES

SLD, load list, study reports, relay settings, cable sizing/schedule, equipment specifications, layouts and commissioning test requirements.

VERIFICATION & QUALITY CONTROL

Scenario and sensitivity checks, vendor model validation, selectivity review and commissioning-test correlation.

APPLICATIONS & PROJECT INTERFACE

Refineries, utilities, tank farms, modular plants and industrial power systems.

STANDARDS & TOOLCHAIN NOTE

IEC 60909/60364/62271/61439 or IEEE/NFPA basis as specified; applicable EN/DIN/GOST electrical requirements. Software is selected per project scope, client requirement, interoperability and licensed availability; naming a tool class does not imply that every project uses every product.
