COMPLETE PLANTS

Complex Refineries

Integrated refinery configuration developed from crude assay, target products, site conditions and utilities.

Complex Refineries

PROCESS & OPERATING PHILOSOPHY

Feed preparation through clean-fuels production, hydrogen/sulfur systems, utilities and offsites. The operating sequence, recycle paths, start-up/shutdown cases and normal/turndown behavior are defined before equipment finalization.

MAIN EQUIPMENT & PACKAGE LIMITS

CDU/VDU, hydrotreaters, reformer, columns, reactors, heaters, exchangers, pumps, tanks and flare. Materials, design margins, maintainability, isolation, access, lifting and spare philosophy are coordinated with the approved operating cases.

CRITICAL DESIGN INPUTS

Approved feed analysis, capacity, product targets, operating envelope, site data, utilities, logistics constraints and client battery limits.

ENGINEERING DELIVERABLES

Design basis, simulation, H&MB, PFD/P&ID, datasheets, 3D model, E&I, procurement and start-up documents. The package also includes line/equipment lists, relief and utility summaries, layouts or 3D interfaces, vendor-document requirements, inspection plans and commissioning inputs as applicable.

AUTOMATION, SAFETY & HSE

Process safeguarding, alarms/interlocks, relief and flare interfaces, fire and gas requirements, hazardous-area design, HAZOP/SIL actions and emergency shutdown philosophy.

APPLICATIONS & PERFORMANCE BASIS

Grassroots and revamp refinery projects for crude and condensate feedstocks. Capacity, product quality, consumption and emissions commitments are confirmed only after the representative feed and project Design Basis are approved.

CODES, STANDARDS & QUALITY BASIS

API, ASME, TEMA, NFPA, IEC and project specifications. The contractual code basis is selected by destination and client specification. ASME/API/TEMA, EN/DIN and GOST/EAC requirements are not mixed without an approved code-equivalency and authority review.

CONTRACTUAL CODE BASIS

API, ASME, TEMA, NFPA, IEC and project specifications.

DETAILED PROCESS CONFIGURATION

Plant Units & Process Sequence

Each process section is engineered from the approved feed characterization, required product specification, site utilities and contractual battery limits. Select a unit for its process principle, equipment, controls, deliverables and applicable standards.
